April 24 – April 27, 2025
Our first-ever Stio Pop-Up in Carbondale was one for the books. We teamed up with the 5 Point Film Festival for a four-day celebration of mountain culture, creativity, and community. Here’s a look back at the weekend’s highlights.

Thursday, April 24 – 5Point Kickoff Party
We kicked things off with a bang at the 5 Point Film Festival Welcome Party. Guests enjoyed live music from Tommy The Animal, sipped handcrafted cocktails by Stio Mountain Athlete & Chef Ranga Perera, and took a spin on our one-of-a-kind Stinky Boot Ice Luge.

Friday, April 25 – BBQ & Custom Gear
Midday brought out the sunshine and the community for our Stio BBQ & Lawn Games at 689 Main Street. With burgers, hotdogs, and some friendly competition on the lawn, it was classic mountain town fun. Later, folks brought their favorite Stio pieces—or picked up new ones—and added a personal touch with custom patches.

Saturday, April 26 – Panels, Sips & Style
Saturday was stacked with good vibes. We started the morning with a Sip & Shop, featuring drinks from Bom Dia Bubbles and Socorro Tequila. The afternoon continued with an engaging panel and Q&A featuring the filmmakers and athletes behind Book of George and NISEI. Guests got a behind-the-scenes look at the creative process and the powerful stories behind the films. Custom gear returned in the afternoon for round two of embroidery and patching.

Sunday, April 27 – Morning Brews & Last Views
We closed the weekend with a mellow sendoff—fresh local coffee and pastries to fuel the last few film screenings and goodbyes. The perfect end to an unforgettable pop-up weekend.
Thanks for coming out, Carbondale!
We’re grateful to everyone who stopped by and helped make this weekend so special. Stay tuned for more Stio Pop-Ups coming soon to a mountain town near you.
