About Stio Mountain Athlete Christy Mahon.

A tenacious athlete and tireless environmental advocate, Christy has spent the last two decades climbing and skiing the highest peaks in Colorado with her husband, Ted. The mission? The Bicentennial Project: completing ski descents of Colorado’s 200 highest peaks. With each peak defined by its own physical and mental challenges, this goal has deepened Christy’s skills and love for the mountain ranges of her home state.
